Barcelona
Airport - Barcelona's Airport is in El Prat
de Llobregat, a town on the outskirts. El Prat Airport
is located about 12km. southwest of the city. Terminal
A serves non-Spanish airlines and terminal B serves
Spanish airline flights (international and national).
The airport is served by 32 international airlines
with direct flights to more than 80 destinations.
There are various means of transportation to and from

way to travel to and from the airport. The Train

it is recommended that you ask for a 10 Journey Zone
1 ticket, or a T-10. This ticket gives you 10 trips
combined in buses, trains, metro and trams. Its cost
is 6 euros. By buying this ticket your train ride
from the airport will cost you less than 1 euro. The
train ride to the city takes less than 20 minutes.
The stop where you should get of is Sants Station,
or Estació de Sants. From there you can conveniently
take the metro, bus, or a taxi to your final destination.
Another
option of transportation is a Taxi.
When stepping out of your terminal at the airport
you will find many taxis lines up at the entrance.
Fares vary, not only depending on your destination,
but also on the amount of luggage you are carrying.
For each piece of luggage the taxi driver will charge
you approximately €1. Nonetheless, on average
a standard trip can costs around €20.
A third option is the Aerobus. This
bus runs between El Prat Airport and Plaza Catalunya.
It stops in front of every terminal. The Aerobus picks
up passengers every 12 minutes, and the ride to the
city takes about 30 minutes. The one-way bus ticket
costs 3.45 euros, and the round trip costs 5.90 euros.
Tickets can be purchased on the Aerobus.
Eventhough
El Prat is Barcelona's main airport, recently Girona
Airport has been receiving many Barcelona tourists.
This is thanks to low-fare airlines that operate with
Girona Airport. To get to and from
Girona Airport you can conveniently take a bus, operated
by Sagales. The one-way trip costs 10 euros, while
the round trip costs 19 euros. Tickets may be purchased
on the bus. The ride is approximately 45 to 60 minutes,
