is that there is a little bit of eveything for each
style, age and preference. There are chic bars, as
there are also hippy pubs. Even if you are looking
for an international experience, you can step into
a Brazilian, Cuban, or Polynesian Bar, or an Irish
Pub. If want you like is to simply hang out, Barcelona
has some very popular spots to do so. For example,
Las Ramblas is a good place to just hang out. Its
long promenade is alive throughout the whole night.
Nonetheless, it is not recommended that you hang out
there by yourself.
You
will see that the Spanish enjoy nightlife. It is very
traditional in Barcelona, and Spain, to go out for
“tapas” and drinks at a bar or restaurant.
Later on in the evening, they dance the night away
till dawn. You may want to try this Spanish
Experience. Another Spanish tradition is
the flamenco. Most tourists love the flamenco shows,
as they are entertaining and culture filled.
Barcelona has so many places to go, that even local
party people have not seen them all! When you visit
the city, you may want to pick up a magazine listing
of bars, restaurants, pubs, nightclubs, etc. to decide
on the places that interest you the most. Can't decide
where you want to go? Head straight to Villa
Olimpica, or the Maremagnum. En Villa Olimpica,
which is located near the beach, you will find a line
of endless, bars, pubs, nightclubs, restaurants, and
